"Superman And The Mole Men" (1951) was released in cinemas prior to "The Adventures Of Superman" TV series. It wet the appetites of fans and became the first feature film to be made about the "Man of Steel". This collector's classic, starring the legendary George Reeves, sees Superman protecting the mole men, a strange race of beings that inhabit the core of the earth, from a ruthless gang of townsfolk led by the vicious Jeff Corey. For many years "Superman And The Mole Men" could only be seen in its edited form as a two-part episode of the famous "Adventures Of Superman" TV series. Now for the first-time fans can see the complete full-length version of this cult classic Superman adventure. For those of you who have only seen Christopher Reeve or Dean Caine put on the cape and tights it's now time to experience the magic of TV's George Reeves who thrilled cinema audiences in this exciting movie length version. Any Superman collection would be incomplete without this one.
