All his life Morgan Stewart (Jon Cryer) has wanted to live at home ... now he can!! When Morgan's father (Nicholas Pryor) starts lagging in his election campaign , Morgan is released from a seven year exile at Boarding School to come home and play "Happy Families" ... and increase votes.

Now he's home, his problems are just starting ... Morgan's into horror movies, practical jokes and showering with the WRONG kind of girl!
