Contrary to what some may believe, Teen Movies are not always mindless fun & games or light-hearted entertainment, aimed at juvenile audiences. Many Teen Movies feature good production values, well written screenplays, talented young performers & superior directors. In fact nearly all of today's great directors & actors have at some stage in their careers been involved in Teen Movies. For example Star Wars creator George Lucas directed the cult teen classic “American Graffiti”.
