License to Drive is a fun filled quest to obtain the single most important thing on earth...A driver's license. Les Anderson (Corey Haim "Lost Boys) pays no attention in Driver's Education class. So although he can drive like a demon he fails the questions and answers portion of the test. His best friend Dean (Corey Feldman "Stand By Me) convinces him that the girl of Les' dreams, Mercedes Lane, would dump her boyfriend if only Les had a car. Influenced by Dean's consistent persuasion, they steal the family car and take off on a night long joyride that ends in one crazy disaster after another!
